The rooms were basic but comfortable ( we had a deluxe double room). The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! It is the best Dahl I have eaten so far in Sri Lanka ( I have been here 3 weeks so far). They have a wood fired Pizza oven that does amazing fresh Pizza also.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to locate a lost bag and serving us an early breakfast when requested. The room was very comfortable and the pool was clean. It is not far from the beach and the pizza oven served great pizzas.
Very nice and comforteble hotel in a beautiful enviroment. Very close to the beach. Everything was clean, rooms, complex, beach. Tasty breakfest and the best kind staff ever:) we were happy to be there.

We had a lovely large high ceilinged double room with balcony. There is a pool, beautiful grounds, lots of birdlife, a short walk to a fantastic beach, friendly staff, a generous breakfast. The location is good. In all, a good choice we were happy with.
Spacious, clean and comfortable bungalows. We especially liked the balcony which provides a good place to spend time regardless the weather. The restaurant is on site, while several others are available in a walking distance. Beautiful beach is 2 min. walk from the complex.
